Gluten Free Waffle Mix




Ingredients


Dry Ingredients to make a large batch of mix

  • 5 1/4 Cups Gluten Free All Purpose Flour

  • 2 TBSP Baking Powder

  • 1/2 Cup Monkfruit Sweetener

  • 1 1/2 tsp Redmond Real Salt

Wet Ingredients - use per 1 Cup of mix

1/4 Cup Butter

1 1/3 Cup of milk

1 egg

1/2 tsp vanilla


Directions


  1. Put all dry ingredients into an air tight container and mix.

  2. In a large mixing bowl or measure, stir together, 1 cup of mix, egg, butter, milk and vanilla. We opt to put in a scoop of chocolate protein powder.

  3. Pour into your waffle machine or onto a griddle and cook.

We serve ours like this sometimes to feel fancy but they are always dino shaped. :)
