This FREE 5 Week Home Workout Plan will take you from 2022 and into 2023 with power, strength and the consistency you need to start your new year off on the right foot. Bring on ALL the mental clarity you receive from getting stronger and fitter from leg and arm focus days, core + cardio and full body HIIT burnouts each week. What's on the menu:


Your week looks like this: (sort of-customize where you need to)

  • Monday- Lower Body HIIT DAY

  • Tuesday- Upper Body HIIT DAY

  • Thursday- Cardio + Core

  • Friday- Full Body Burnout


Details:

Equipment Needed:

Dumbbells. Depending on your fitness level, anywhere from 5-30 pounds.


  • What weight should I use? One that is heavy enough to make your last three reps struggle without compensating form.


Time Requirement:

Workouts are 30 minutes per day, 4 days per week for 35 days(5 Weeks)


This plan includes 3 “rest” days per week. You get to choose which days are your “rest ‘days. I suggest resting after day two, typically, Wednesday and then again after day five, Saturday/Sunday. You could also do every other day or day 1 then day 2 then every other day-you catch my drift here-it's customizable. Active Recovery Stretches will be added to the line up. But all forms of active recovery will work-hiking, biking, a yoga class etc.


Fitness Level:

Any and all. Modifications will be offered for all fitness levels.
