Coconut Cream Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients


  • 1 1/2 cups organic coconut cream

  • 1/2 cup organic unsweetened cocoa powder, sifted

  • 6 Tbsp Organic Maple Syrup-more or less depending on how sweet you like it.

  • 2 tsp Organic Vanilla Extract




Directions


  1. In a small saucepan over low heat, put all ingredients into pan and whisk together until smooth.

  2. Stir over low/med heat for about 2 minutes or until the mixture just begins to come to a boil with small bubbles.

  3. Remove from heat and let sit about a minute, continue to stir.

  4. Pour the mixture into a glass container and let sit about 5 minutes.

  5. Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours.

  6. Serve and Eat.


We garnish ours with homemade whipped cream and a Pamelas Gluten Free Honey Graham Cracker.
