Ingredients
• 1 cup coconut sugar
• 2 tablespoons Water
• 1 teaspoon Ghee or butter
• 1/2 cup Organic Coconut Cream (canned) or heavy cream
• 1/4 teaspoon Vanilla
• 1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt
Directions
Combine Coconut Sugar and water in small pot and bring to a simmer over medium high heat for 5 minutes.
Once it starts to boil/simmer lightly swirl the pan or use whisk to stir for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and whisk in ghee, coconut cream, vanilla and sea salt.
This is amazing!! It’s not too sweet and that hint of salt brings it home.
