This FREE Split Workout Plan is designed to build muscle, create habits, integrity with yourself and the consistency you need to bring the positive changes you're looking to create. It's perfect for all levels- Beginner to Advanced.


What's on the menu:

  • Monday: Lower Body-Glute Focus

  • Tuesday: Upper Body: Pull

  • Wednesday: Active Recovery with Core work and Stretching

  • Thursday: Lower Body: Quad Focus

  • Friday: Upper Body: Push

  • Saturday: Full Body HIIT

  • Sunday: Active Recovery with Core work and Stretching

What you need:

Dumbbells. Workouts require a set of dumbbells depending on fitness level.


Time: Around 21 minutes a day, 7 days per week. You can always take more rest days as needed! Knowledge of fitness: No. Money: No. Its on me. Merry Holidays.
