These 21 workouts will get your blood flowing, boost your energy, and improve your mood and health while adding grit, integrity with yourself and consistency to your life. You can perform these exercises anywhere with just a set of dumbbells. Workouts are unlocked each day. A link to the day's youtube video as well as a printed version will be available. Workouts are done via "split training" which means they are divided into training sessions by muscle groups and only performed on specific days to give adequate recovery time.
